This is a very easy recipe for spring rolls. I chose to use chicken and carrot in an Indonesian style of recipe and I combined with the vietnamese dipping sauce.


  1. 4 chicken fillet (cut diced)
  2. 1/3 carrots (thinly sliced)
  3. 1 brown shallots (chop)
  4. 4 garlic (chop)
  5. 3 tbs sweet soy sauce
  6. Spring rolls wrap
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Sugar
  10. Cooking oil
  11. Dipping Sauce
  12. 3 tbsp fish sauce
  13. 2 tbsp sugar (dilute)
  14. Lemon juice
  15. Garlic (chop)
  16. Chilli (chop)


  1. Boil chicken, shop and shred. Also thinly slice the carrot.

  2. Heat the pan, pour cooking oil, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Then put the chicken and the carrot in. Set aside.

  3. Prepare the wrap, and wrap the filling.

  4. Deep fry the spring rolls. Eat with the dipping sauce.
