Healthy and crispy

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups boiled vegetables (carrots, potatoes, beetroot and peas)
  2. 1 tbsp ginger pest
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tbsp cumin powder
  5. 1 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  9. 4 tbsp Cornflour
  10. Bread crumbs
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. Boiled all vegetables and smashed together. Take a pan add 2tbsp oil then add cumin seeds. Add ginger pest cook until it become brown. Add smashed vegetables and all masala. Cook until it become a tight dough.

  2. Take a bowl and pour Cornflour add water and prepare a batter. Take bread crumbs in a plate.

  3. Now makes oval shape dough with vegetables. Keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Dip in batter and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry the balls.
