No healthy but it’s NEVER FAIL!! These cookies are amazing!

Never substitute anything in this recipe. Everything has its own place in the cookie dough. Also… there is some tweaks to this recipe and you MUST follow the directions in order! No electric mixer needed!!


  1. 1/2 cup olive oil
  2. 2 cups granulated sugar
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 2 cups flour
  5. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  6. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  7. 4 oz UNSWEETENED baking chocolate (melted and cooled)
  8. 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix oil, sugar, vanilla, and melted chocolate (you can use a spoon)

  2. Stir in eggs (one at a time), flour, and baking powder.

  3. Add salt

  4. Let dough chill for at least 3 hours or over night

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  6. Place chilled dough on a GREASED cookie sheet (the balls should be about 1 inch and they should be 1 inch apart)

  7. Roll each ball in the powdered sugar

  8. Cook in the oven for 10-11 minutes

  9. Immediately place the cooked cookies onto a wire rack and let cool

  10. (Your cookies will be puffy and still sort of shaped like balls. Do not flatten!! They will sink themselves when cooled)

  11. Sprinkle with powdered sugar

  12. Store in an airtight GLASS container (they will Keep for 4 days)

  13. Enjoy!!
