I made this for my son, but if you want you can make one for yourself too.

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/4 of a large firm tofu
  3. Butter or oil for frying
  4. Some salt


  1. Heat the butter in a pan.

  2. After it is melted, add in the tofu. Make a rough scramble.

  3. Then add in the egg. Mix together.

  4. Add some salt. Mix.

  5. Turn off the heat. Serve.
