I made this for my son, but if you want you can make one for yourself too.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 of a large firm tofu
- Butter or oil for frying
- Some salt
Steps
Heat the butter in a pan.
After it is melted, add in the tofu. Make a rough scramble.
Then add in the egg. Mix together.
Add some salt. Mix.
Turn off the heat. Serve.
