A very simple dish, perfect with hot white rice ?
- 2 Tofu (cut into square)
- 4 Eggplant ? (cut Square)
- Oil for cooking
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder (optional)
- Salt and Sugar (depend on your taste)
- 1 Big Chili ?
- 2 Chili Padi (can add more if you like spicy)
- 3 tomatoes ?
- 3 red onions
- 2 Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Belacan
Deep fry tofu and eggplant until half cooked
Blend all the spices, fry with oil until little bit dry.
Add chicken powder,sugar and salt.
Add in Fried tofu and eggplants. Mix well and serve
