A very simple dish, perfect with hot white rice ?

Ingredients

  1. 2 Tofu (cut into square)
  2. 4 Eggplant ? (cut Square)
  3. Oil for cooking
  4. 1/2 tsp Chicken Powder (optional)
  5. Salt and Sugar (depend on your taste)
  6. Spices
  7. 1 Big Chili ?
  8. 2 Chili Padi (can add more if you like spicy)
  9. 3 tomatoes ?
  10. 3 red onions
  11. 2 Garlic
  12. 1/2 Tsp Belacan

Steps

  1. Deep fry tofu and eggplant until half cooked

  2. Blend all the spices, fry with oil until little bit dry.

  3. Add chicken powder,sugar and salt.

  4. Add in Fried tofu and eggplants. Mix well and serve
