When does ground meat gets to be the main star in a dish? This is it! Ground meat, supported by tomatoes, carrots and some spices, at its finest. This is an underrated Filipino dish.
- 3/4 kilo ground pork or beef
- Black Pepper
- 5 tomatoes
- Green Peas
- 4 Carrots
- 7 Raw Eggs
- Cooking oil
- Soy sauce
Heat pan with cooking oil. Saute the chopped onion, garlic and tomatoes in the heated pan.
Add the ground meat into the pan. Add sou sauce and black pepper. Cook until brown.
Add the green peas and cook for another 3 mins. Set aside and let it cool to room temperature.
Beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper and pour into the ground meat mixture.
Heat a non-stick pan with an sufficient amount of cooking oil.
Scoop 1/3 of the egg and meat mixture into the pan.
Cook each side for 3 mins or until the egg is cooked.
Do the same step until all pork and egg mixture are consumed.
