Quick, easy, delicious, and low carb.


  1. 1 lb ground turkey(alternately sliced turkey breast)
  2. 6 strips bacon
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin
  5. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  7. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  8. 1/8 tsp paprika
  9. Flour tortillas
  10. Baby spinach
  11. Ranch dressing
  12. Shredded colby jack cheese


  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon first and remove, brown ground turkey with bacon grease. Drain any excess grease.

  2. Add all seasonings and bacon into the pan, warm your tortillas, top with spinach, ranch, turkey and bacon, shredded cheese, roll up and serve.
