Ingredients
- Sifter / Thermomix / Blender
- 660 g all purpose flour
- 600 g light sugar
- 3 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- Kitchen machine (KitAid) bowl
- 720 ml plant milk (you can use vanilla soy)
- 3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar OR
- 7 ml natural lemon juice
- 240 ml extra virgin olive oil
- If you used plain milk :
- 5 tsp vanilla extract
- Last addition
- If you like the little black dots from real vanilla pod :
- 1 pod vanilla (inside scraped out)
Steps
All dry ingredients together and sifted OR if powerful blender e.g. Thermomix : Speed 7 die 10sec
Whisk wet ingredients together at lowest speed
Add dry to wet and whisk at low speed for a short time, e.g. 1min
175C 40 minutes middle rack
Let completely cool
