Ingredients

  1. 100 g sheeps cottage cheese
  2. 100 g mixed frozen veggies
  3. 5 tbsp horse radish
  4. 1 egg yolk
  5. Pinch salt
  6. 1 pack puff pastry

Steps

  1. Cook the mixed frozen veggies in salted water till ready

  2. Open the puff pastry and in middle section ditribute the sheeps cottage cheese and horse radish

  3. Cut the puff pastry in such design as shown below

  4. Ditribute the veggies equally

  5. Fold it

  6. Distribute one egg yolk on top

  7. Bake in electric oven on 250 degree celsius or gas 5th setting till top is golden
