Ingredients

  1. 1 cup butter – softened
  2. 1 cup granulated sugar
  3. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 3 cups all purpose flour
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 1 , 12 oz package white chocolate chips
  10. 1 cup chopped,roast, & salted macadamia nuts

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cream butter, sugars, vanilla and salt until well combined and slightly fluffy.

  3. Add eggs one at a time. Scrape bowl between additions. Mix throughly.

  4. Stir in flour & baking soda until no dry spots remain.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips & nuts.

  6. Scoop by round tablespoons and place on greased or lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake 7-10 minutes. DO NOT over bake. Cookies are done when edges and highest peaks are golden brown and centers are set.

  8. Remove from oven. Let cool on wire.
