Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup veg. Oil
- 2 heaping tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 white vinegar
- 1 large lemon/lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 jalapeños diced
- 1 large pepper diced
- 1/3 large onion diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
Steps
In a large storage container mix your ingredients to make the dressing.
Chop all ingredients and add to dressing.
Mix well and store in fridge. Wait 3 hours before serving to let it all marinate together
