• 1 ounce kettle-cooked potato chips
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spread chips into a baking dish.


  • Step 2

    Bake in the preheated oven until chips are warm, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chips and bake in the oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Top chips with tomatoes, green onion, bacon, and sour cream.

  • Cook's Note:

    This isn’t a recipe in the purist form as it uses store bought potato chips and nothing is really cooked but for potato chip lovers it is a quick and easy appetizer. Any flavor chips could be used and any favorite toppings could be subbed or added.
